PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamping device which is provided with: an axis deviation absorption mechanism for fixing a workpiece pallet on a table; and a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A driving piston 11 is inserted into a housing 8 of a first block so as to move vertically. A rod 18 protrudes upward above a support face S of the housing 8, and a lower part of the rod is connected with a piston so as to move in the radial direction. A plurality of clamp devices 39 inserted into an engaging hole 3 of the workpiece pallet 2 are arranged at an interval at the outer periphery of the rod. These clamp devices 39 are supported on the housing through a sleeve 40 and a belleville spring 41 so as to move in the radial direction. An output part 46 of the rod is wedge-engaged with the plurality of clampers from the upper side, and the plurality of clampers are energized inward in the radial direction by a ringlike plate spring 44.
