<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and low cost walking training apparatus used at home, aiding the walking of a person and performing a vertical movement. <P>SOLUTION: This walking training apparatus is provided with rotation drive parts 4 connected to a motor 3, lift parts 5 vertically moving by interlocked with the rotation drive parts 4, and a pair of footrests 6a provided in the upper parts of the lift parts 5. The rotation drive parts 4 are disposed in parallel on a base, each formed with a right screw 8a and a left screw 8b and provided with a pair of rotating shafts 8 rotatably pivoted via bearings. The lift parts 5 are provided with mounts 12 fixed to nuts 10 threadedly engaged with the right screws 8a and the left screws 8b respectively and leg members 17 swingably journaled between the mounts 12 and the footrests 6, and the footrests 6a are alternately vertically moved by the rotation of the rotating shafts 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
