<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and device in which porosity formation is made compatible with contraction control in a flocculation process of a thin film-like polymer. <P>SOLUTION: In the process in which a thin film-like object is supported by a substrate and flocculation molded, the surface roughness on the identical substrate is changed, and contraction of the film-like object is controlled by the portion having a larger surface roughness and the porosity formation of the film-like object is developed by the portion having a smaller surface roughness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
