<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator hall device for actualizing a convenient and inexpensive elevator with an operation panel having a destination floor registering function set on a hall without complicating its construction. <P>SOLUTION: The elevator hall device comprises a hall call button provided on a hall in which an elevator car goes into service and a floor indicator provided on the hall for indicating a destination floor during a preset period for registering a destination floor and for indicating the position of the elevator car during other periods than the preset period, wherein call registration and destination floor registration are performed depending on the frequency of pushing the hall call button. A hall control means is provided near the hall operation panel having the hall call buttons. Depending on the operation mode of the hall call button, change-over is performed between the destination floor indication of the floor indicator and the position indication of the elevator car via the hall control means, the frequency of pushing the hall call button using the hall control means is counted, and the frequency is converted into a destination floor name which is indicated on the floor indicator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
