STORAGE CONTAINER FOR LARGE PELLICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pellicle storage container which is opened while the lid is securely gripped in a storage container for a large pellicle.

SOLUTION: A typical configuration of the pellicle storage container to be used to house, store and carry a pellicle is equipped with a tray to house a pellicle and a lid to cover the tray. At least one side in the edge of the lid is provided with a grip which does not overlap with the end of the tray but is exposed. By this constitution, the grip is molded in one body with the lid by vacuum molding. The worker can open the lid while securely gripping the grip.
