PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition capable of giving molded products with high impact strength and processability and good appearance despite using recycled PET(polyethylene terephthalate). SOLUTION: A blend is first obtained by mixing 2-30 wt.% of a modified olefin resin having functional group in 70-98 wt.% of a recycled polyethylene terephthalate resin obtained by pulverizing used PET products and adjusting the final intrinsic viscosity to 0.4-0.8 dL/g. The thermoplastic resin composition using recycled PET is obtained by compounding 100 pts. wt. of the blend with 5-30 pts. wt. of a linear low-density polyethylene. Preferably, the modified olefin resin to be used is an olefin-based modified olefin copolymer selected from the group consisting of a copolymer of an olefin and an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative, a copolymer of an olefin and an unsaturated epoxy compound, a copolymer obtained by grafting to a polyolefin an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative or an unsaturated epoxy compound, and a copolymer where part of each of the above copolymers is substituted with another ethylene-based unsaturated compound.
