PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of the air even when a car body is inclined left and right, or the longitudinal acceleration is small at a suction port for sucking the oil from an oil pan of an automatic transmission. SOLUTION: An obliquely-bent suction pipe 54 is suspended at a lower part of an oil strainer 51 rotatably by 360°in a horizontal face, and a weight 55 is mounted in a state of being fixed to a flange of the suction pipe 54. The weight 55 is mounted in a state that it is largely eccentric from the center of rotation to a bending side of the suction pipe 54, and the eccentric summation of the weight 55 is rotated by inertia force against the inclination of the car body and the acceleration to guide an opening at a tip of the suction pipe 54 to a slant side of the oil in the oil pan 50. As the opening is not exposed from the liquid face 50A, the suction of the air to the oil pump through the suction pipe 54 can be prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
