STOCK GUIDE DEVICE IN RUBBER KNEADING ROLL APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the stock guide device in a rubber kneading roll apparatus capable of obtaining an always uniformly compounded kneading rubber material by preventing a part of a rubber material to be kneaded from falling off to the outside of a guide member or the outside of a reversal conveyor. SOLUTION: Guide members 14a and 14b have guide projections 6a and 6b, which always guide the rubber material W to be kneaded to the central side of a roll, provided to the central parts of the inner surfaces thereof as shown by Fig. 2 and Fig. 3. A pair of the guide members 14a and 14b are arranged above the nip between a front roll 2 and a back roll 3 so as to approach and separate mutually through a moving device not shown in Figs. 2 and 3 and the guide projections 6a and 6b are formed so as to be protruded in a tapered state becoming tapered toward the central parts of the bases of a pair of the guide members 14a and 14b.
