METHOD FOR PRODUCING ECF BLEACHED PULP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing ECF (elemental chlorine-free) bleached pulp by which bleaching efficiency of a chlorine dioxide stage can be improved and chemical basic unit can be reduced. SOLUTION: The method for producing the ECF bleached pulp uses chlorine dioxide. The method is characterized as follows. Mixing after adding the chlorine dioxide is carried out at a medium concentration of 8-13 mass% pulp concentration and the pulp concentration is then diluted to a low concentration of 3-6 mass% pulp concentration and kept to conduct bleaching.
