PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-adhesive sealing material by adding strong adhesiveness to a one component type modified silicone-based or polyurethane-based sealing material itself without using a primer. SOLUTION: The one component sealing material is obtained by adding a very small quantity of fine crystalline particles of citric acid, as a modifier, to the one component type modified silicone-based or polyurethane-based sealing material.
