PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a system capable of performing from virus elimination at a low temperature to an integrity testing. SOLUTION: This system is composed of a process for performing virus elimination by using a porous separation membrane filter, a process for washing the porous separation membrane filter by using washing liquid containing a surfactant and an alkaline substance, and a process for performing the integrity testing (gold colloid method and/or liquid forward flow rate method) for the porous separation membrane filter.
