<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently check access right by categorizing data based on complexity of access right information of the data at the time of data retrieval. <P>SOLUTION: A data retrieval means 12 retrieves the data on retrieval condition input from a retrieval condition input means 11, and extracts the data corresponding to the retrieval condition. A data classification means 13 obtains the access right information for each data extracted by the data retrieval means 12, stores the data, whose access right information is simple, in a first data storage part, and stores the data, whose access right information is complex, in a second data storage part. An access right information checking means 14 checks the data in the first data storage part all together, and conducts the access right check individually for the data in the second data storage part, then extracts the data corresponding to the access right of a user.
