<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte with high adhesion with a positive electrode and a negative electrode and high conductivity, and to provide a lithium ion battery and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: A lithium ion battery has the positive electrode and the negative electrode capable of doping/undoping lithium ions, and the solid electrolyte, the solid electrolyte has multi-layer structure comprising three or more layers, the layers positioned on the most positive electrode side and the most negative electrode side contain a first polymer which is not cross-linked, having a low glass transition point and having no cross-linkable functional group, and at least one layer other than the most positive electrode side and the most negative electrode side contains a second polymer which is cross-linked, having a cross-linkable functional group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
