摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an expensive pitch control device for releasing wind is required when the wind speed becomes high, in taking the energy out of a PWM converter connected with a wind power generator. <P>SOLUTION: The overspeed control torque command circuit comprises: a means for integrating deviation between an actual speed and a rated speed of the wind power generator to output an integrated overspeed quantity; a means for outputting over wind speed state signal based on the integrated overspeed quantity; a means for outputting a windmill speed command based on the over wind speed state signal and the integrated overspeed quantity; and a means for outputting a speed control time torque command value based on the windmill speed command and the actual speed. The torque command circuit controls the torque of the generator based on the speed control time torque command value when the over wind speed state signal is ON to prevent overspeed of the windmill. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
