ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC PHOTORECEPTOR AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS AND METHOD AS WELL AS PROCESSING CARTRIDGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that is free from remaining of toner on the surface of the photoreceptor in the post cleaning process in an image forming method, and to provide its manufacturing method, image forming apparatus and method as well as a processing cartridge.

SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor 1 for overcoming the problem is made such that a photosensitive layer 3 is formed on a conductive substrate 2. The photosensitive layer 3 comprises a surface layer 6 containing fluorine resin particles and graft polymers at the position farthermost from the conductive substrate. The content ratio of the primary particles of the fluorine resin particles and the secondary particles whose particle sizes are less than 1 μm is equal to or more than 80% with respect to the total number of the primary and secondary particles of the fluorine resin particles.
