<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detachable lid device having a quite simple constitution, which can be very easily attached/detached, e.g., is constituted of a pair of a male pattern and a female pattern by designing their connection parts to form a virtual axis. <P>SOLUTION: The detachable lid device comprises the container body and the lid by means of a combination of a pair of the male pattern and the female pattern. The conditions of the female pattern are defined corresponding to those of the male pattern to form a pair of the container body and the lid which is effectively engaged with each other. The male pattern has a U-shaped cutout section and an inverted U-shaped cutout section at opposite positions. A section left after a cutout is removed has a neck section. The female pattern has a right arm section and a left arm section which embrace the neck section of the male pattern. A pair of the connected sections are assembled so as to configure the virtual axis by providing them from linear sides. In addition, these sides are provided on R surfaces.
