<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a staff recruitment server that can efficiently match job applicants and employers appropriately. <P>SOLUTION: The staff recruitment server 1 for matching job applicants and employers comprises matching processing means 13 for matching job applicants and employers according to two kinds of job applicant evaluation information stored in job applicant information storing means 11 and employer information storing means 12, respectively. The matching processing means 13 find differences between evaluation values of evaluation items according to the kinds of job applicant evaluation information corresponding to a job applicant and an employer, respectively, and sum up their absolute values to calculate a matching index, then calculate the standard deviation of the evaluation value differences obtained for the evaluation items as a matching priority index, and compute a matching value according to the matching index and matching priority index. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
