PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for reducing a risk of contamination and carry-over and quantifying a sample liquid on an arbitrary substrate. SOLUTION: The system for quantifying the sample liquid is provided with a quantifying module 1 having a modular casing with a replacement chamber having an exit communicating with outside, an apparatus 2 for accommodating the quantifying module 1, a quantifying apparatus 3 having an apparatus for attaching/detaching the quantifying module 1 to/from the quantifying apparatus 3 and an apparatus for actuating the replacement chamber of the quantifying module 1 attached to the quantifying apparatus 3, an apparatus 4 for accommodating the substrate 5 on which the sample liquid is quantified, an apparatus 6 for shifting the quantifying apparatus 3 relative to the apparatus 2 for accommodating the quantifying module 1 and the apparatus 4 for accommodating the substrate 5 so as to replace the quantifying module 1 between the quantifying apparatus 3 and the apparatus 2 for accommodating the quantifying module 1 and quantify the sample liquid on the substrate 5 in the apparatus 4 for accommodating the substrate 5, and a controller 7.
