PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure having a stud bolt to suppress biting of a screw part of the stud bolt in a bracket. SOLUTION: A stud bolt 40 (47, 48 and 49) comprises an implanted screw 46, a base part 45 and a complete thread 42 and a tip part 41. The complete thread 42 has a main thread 44 and a tip side small diameter thread 43. The main thread 44 is a part having a complete thread, and the small diameter thread 43 has the common pitch and the common root diameter to those of the main thread 44, and the outside diameter of the thread is deformed and formed smaller than the thread of the main thread 44. By forming the thread shape of a screw to be the small thread (43) of trapezoidal shape or the like, contact at an obtuse angle is enabled, and biting caused by plastic deformation can be suppressed.
