PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a browser to give convenience to a user by automatically opening the page of a Web mail at the time of clicking an electronic mail address. SOLUTION: This browser is provided with a data acquiring means to acquire data from a web page server, a display means to display the acquired data on a screen, a key receiving means to receive an input from a keyboard, an event control means to control the event of keys or the screen, a URL analysis means to receive and analyze URL from the event control means and Web mailer information from a Web mailer information means and a data transmitting means to transmit data based on the analytic result of the URL.
