PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily cure a sealant at the shadow part of a light shielding part of total periphery of an image frame by one irradiation without moving a light irradiation part and a working stage. SOLUTION: A light irradiation part 1 having a plurality of bar-shaped lamps 1a emitting UV is provided and a liquid crystal panel 10 having a united shape wherein the UV curing sealant 17 and a liquid crystal 19 are interposed between two light transmission substrates is irradiated with UV from the side of the substrate on which a light shielding part such as a black matrix is formed. A mask 3 having light transmission parts and light shielding parts is disposed between the light irradiation part 1 and a display panel material and mirrors 5 are provided at the mask 3. The mirrors 5 is attached to the light shielding parts 3b of the mask 3 and light reflected by the mirrors 5 is made incident from the direction oblique to the substrate via the light transmission part 3a of the mask 3. Liquid crystal panels 10 are placed on the working stage 2 at a prescribed interval and the surface of the working stage 2 is made to be a light reflecting member to reflect light transmitted through the liquid crystal panels 10.
