PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple immunoreaction measuring method having high measurement accuracy and to provide an immunoreaction measuring apparatus used for the same. SOLUTION: A reaction system including a substance to be measured or a specifically bonding substance is constructed to start to measure the amount of optical change in a step St1.
