PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening system capable of easily mounting a nut on a pin. SOLUTION: This fastening tool system includes the threaded pin 12 having a screw part and a tool 16. The pin has a recessed part 39 on the threaded end part 36 of the pin to receive the tool, and holds the pin against the rotation when the nut 14 is mounted on the pin. The recessed part includes a plurality of splines 40a-40f extended to its circumference. A plurality of engagement mating splines 26 are formed on an end part of the tool to be engaged with grooves of the recessed part. The splines are orientated to maximize the twisting performance and to balance the shearing strength of the pin with the shearing strength of the tool. Further end parts of the splines of the recessed part and a small-diameter part 28 of the tool have curved surfaces 31 corresponding to each other to increase the twisting strength.
