PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding door, and its installation structure, for particularly preventing a lower moving caster from becoming impossible to travel from floor-laid rails, and capable of smoothly fitting and moving a moving caster overhanging a door and the lower moving caster. SOLUTION: This sliding door 1 has the moving caster 12 for overhanging the door in a door upper part, and has the lower moving caster slidingly moving along the floor-laid rails 16 and 19 in a door lower part. In the sliding door 1 and its installation structure, the moving caster 12 for overhanging the door at the door upper part has a moving pulley 121 fitting and moving in a suspension rail 13, and the lower moving caster 15 of the door lower part has moving pulleys 151 and 18 fitting and moving in the floor-laid rails 16 and 19 or on the floor-laid rail 16.
