PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber-modified styrene resin composition giving an excellent molding appearance and having excellent transparency, impact resistance and moldability. SOLUTION: The composition contains (I) 60-90 mass% of a continuous phase of a styrene-(meth)acrylic ester copolymer obtained by polymerizing a styrene monomer with a (meth)acrylic ester monomer and (II) 40-10 mass% of a dispersoid phase of a graft copolymer obtained by graft-polymerizing a styrene monomer with a (meth)acrylic ester monomer, dispersed in a rubber-like elastic material. The composition is characterized by a volume average particle size of the dispersoid phase of below 0.2-0.3μm, a median size of the distribution of volume particle sizes of≥0.3μm and the fact that a value determined from the weight average molecular weight(Mw) of the continuous phase and structural monomer units of the copolymer (I) lies in a specified range.
