PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily handled plaster or poultice which is effective for treating diseased tissues in deep parts of the body, by utilizing static electricity generated from fine mineral particles of Shimajiri mudstone, and a production method therefor. SOLUTION: A therapeutic agent for treating deep parts of the body is produced by separating and purifying the fine particles of≤5μm of Shimajiri mudstone, which is a kind of soil unique to southern parts of Okinawa's main island, and by forming them into a clay form by adding a deep seawater preparation or a water-holding component wherein a liquid component hardly dry. In order to enable easy application of the therapeutic agent to the body, the fine particles are mixed with a plaster to prepare the poultice which can be stuck onto the skin above a lesion of a patient.
