PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a game board which can be precisely positioned by simple operation and surely fixed. SOLUTION: An engaging member 4 is obtained by pivotally fitting a front sandwiching piece 42 rotating along the game board 2, a rear sandwiching piece 43 rotating integrally with the front sandwiching piece 42 along the rear surface of the game board 2, and a spring 44A biasing the rear sandwiching piece 43 in the direction of the front sandwiching piece 42 to a spindle 41. The engaging member 4 is arranged on the upper and lower sides of the inner side surface of a game machine frame 1, and rotated to sandwich the end of the game board 2 between the front sandwiching piece 42 and the rear sandwiching piece 43. With biasing of the spring 44A, the game board 2 is pressed forward through the rear sandwiching piece 43 to precisely position the game board 2 in front and rear directions. At the shaft part of the front sandwiching piece 42, an elastic piece 42d extending in a peripheral direction is provided to press the game board 2 in a lateral direction to precisely position the game board 2 in right and left directions.
