The invention relates to a fuel injection valve (18) comprising a housing (28) and a housing recess (30). Two valve elements (32, 43) which are arranged in a coaxial manner in relation to each other are used therein and are respectively associated with at least one fuel outlet channel (56, 58). The invention also relates to a high pressure connection (20). According to the invention, the external valve element (32) is lift controlled and the internal valve element (34) is pressure controlled when it is impinged upon by a clamping device (54) in the direction of closing and comprises a pressure surface (66), whereby the force resulting therefrom is oriented in the direction of the opening and defines a pressure chamber (67). The pressure chamber (67) is separated in a position of the outer valve element (32) with a control pressure connection (20) and in another position of the external valve element (32) is separated by the control pressure connection (20).
