<p>The invention relates to a method of producing a cooking utensil, particularly a cooking utensil of the type forming an item of cookware or similar, which must be suitable for use on electromagnetic induction stoves. The inventive method consists in placing a ferromagnetic induction plate (4, 4A) inside the die half used to shape the convexity (10B) of the moulded body forming the cooking utensil, in the form of an insert for same, said plate being applied firmly against the base (11) of the mould. The aforementioned plate is equipped with a plurality of through anchoring holes (5) having a cross section which increases towards the face thereof that abuts the die half. Said through holes (5) are filled with molten aluminium which flows through the mould during the moulding operation and which hardens at the end of the operation, including in the holes.</p> |
