[PROBLEMS] A case with an insert terminal capable of molding without using a slide die while minimizing dimensional difference between the opening of the case and a piezoelectric diaphragm. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The case (20) has a bottom wall and four side walls and an opening is provided in the upper surface. A terminal (22) made of a metal plate is fixed longitudinally to at least one side wall (20b) by insert molding, a groove (28) extending longitudinally downward is formed in the outer side face of the side wall (20b) fixed with the terminal, outer side face of the terminal (22) is exposed partially to the groove (28), and the inner side face facing the outer side face of the terminal (22) exposed to the groove (28) is exposed partially to the inner side face of the side wall (20b). When the terminal (22) is insert molded to the case (20), it can be molded using only upper and lower dies and the terminal (22) can be exposed surely to the inner side face of the side wall (20b).
