<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current breaking structure of a secondary battery which steadily cuts off a current when gas is generated and internal pressure is increased, and a secondary battery having the structure. <P>SOLUTION: The second end 312B of an internal terminal 310 is overlapped with the first end 322A of an external terminal 320. The lower face 314B of the internal terminal 310 and the inner face 202A on the lower side of an outer package 200 are joined in all the range where the internal terminal 310 and the external terminal 320 are overlapped. All the upper face 324B of the external terminal 320 inside the outer package 200 and the inner face 202B on the upper side of the outer package 200 are joined. The lower face 324A of the external terminal 320 and the inner face 202A on the lower side of the outer package 200 are joined. The inner face 202A on the lower side of the outer package 200 and the inner face 202B on the upper side are joined at the portion where the internal terminal 310 and the external terminal 320 do not exist in the width direction of the outer package 200. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
