<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide water-based ink for inkjet recording, having excellent dispersion stability, and providing high gloss and high print density; and to provide an aqueous dispersion for the inkjet recording, usable for the ink. <P>SOLUTION: The aqueous dispersion for the inkjet recording is the aqueous dispersion of a water-insoluble vinylic polymer containing a pigment. The water-insoluble vinylic polymer is obtained by polymerizing monomer components including a nonionic (meth)acrylamide-based monomer.
