<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a multilayer information recording medium for high recording density. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of information recording medium including a plurality of stacked recording layers comprises: a step to stack a ultraviolet curing resin layer on the first recording layer; a step to press the ultraviolet curing resin layer using a transparent die; a step to harden the ultraviolet curing resin by irradiating the resin with light from above the transparent die; a step to remove the transparent die from the ultraviolet curing resin layer; and a step to stack a second recording layer on the ultraviolet curing resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
