PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for making pores in a structure according the selected characteristic. SOLUTION: This system cools the structure or the mechanism by a sweated process. Generally, the surface of a wall having a high temperature or high heat flux environmental element used in a typically combustion type device can be formed using a material having a porous structure, A cooling medium preloaded to the coldness of a wall or the cooling side is let flow along the surface of the hot wall and sweated for the purpose of shielding the surface with a surface cooling medium layer and removing heat by letting the cooling medium flow along the surface to thereby control the surface temperature of the hot wall. Thus, the temperature of the hot wall is managed for the structural purpose, whereby a high heat flux can be more effectively managed and the heat sign can be hidden. The porous material is selectively manufactured so that the material of the cooling medium passes through the porous material to flow substantially only in one direction and the heat energy is carried not toward the structure, but away from the structure.
