PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil modifier utilizing both fowl dung and Sho-chu lees as wastes, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The method for producing the soil modifier comprises blending a fowl dung carbonized product and Sho-chu lees-condensed water.
