PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified film for fixed platemaking of a printing plate in flexographic printing so as to in particular inhibit the deterioration in print quality due to the interposition of a great deal of paper dust or the like generated during printing a corrugated board or a paper bag and thereby, assure stable printing for a long time. SOLUTION: This film for fixed platemaking of a printing plate in flexographic printing is made from a polyester film with a thickness of 50 to 300μm showing not more than 1×1013Ω/square of surface resistivity value on at least one surface.
