PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device and a method of storage control of telephone numbers that can prevent unintended call-back to a stored telephone number of, for example, a "one-ringing call". SOLUTION: A telephone device 101 is equipped with a telephone device control part 102, a line control part 103, a measuring instrument 104, and a storage device 105, which is equipped with an incoming history area 106 and a telephone number list 107. When the line control part 103 detects an incoming call, the measuring instrument 104 starts measuring the incoming time and then when the line control part 103 detects the call end, the measuring instrument 104 finishes measuring the call time. When the call time measured by the measuring instrument 104 is larger than a certain value, the telephone number of the caller is stored in an incoming history area 106 and when not, the telephone number of the caller is not stored in the incoming history area 106.
