PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a measuring IC socket by building a pin connector prepared with different parts from a socket base with high precision to the socket base. SOLUTION: The measuring IC socket has a socket body 1 having an IC storing part 2 open at an upper surface, a pin connector storing part 3 open at its undersurface and arranged concentrically with the IC storing part 2, and a pin connector 4 with a number of pressure contact pins 5. The pin connector 4 is stored in the pin connector storing part 3 with its peripheral edge upper surface contacted with the upper bottom surface 20 of the pin connector storing part 3, a gage pin 6 provided at the socket body 1 is inserted into a gage hole 7 of the pin connector 4, the pin connector 4 is firmly fixed on the upper bottom surface 20 of the pin connector storing part 3 with a screw, and the pressure contact pins 5 held by the pin connector 4 are pressure-contacted to an electrode 10 on the undersurface of an IC 9 stored in the IC storing part 2.
