PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve preservation stability of a solid support having an active ester group as a functional group for covalently bonding nucleic acid molecules or proteins on a substrate, efficiency and convenience, when the solid support is used. SOLUTION: In a vacuum-packed solid support array 6, a plurality of the solid supports, having active ester group as the functional group for covalently bonding the nucleic acid molecule or the protein, are arrayed and fixed on a base, and are packed in vacuum.
