PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid measuring apparatus capable of easily setting an appropriate discount rate. SOLUTION: The fluid measuring apparatus for measuring the quantity of flow of a fluid to be supplied to the consuming side is provided with a continuous use counter 62a for integrating the used amount of fluid continuously used on the consuming side, a means 62b for storing the amount of use as determined to be continuous for storing the amount of us as determined to be continuous which determines the continuous use of the fluid on the consuming side, a use starting detecting means 61a1 for detecting the starting of use of the fluid on the consuming side, and a means 61a2 for integrating the amount of continuous use which integrates the flow quantity continuously generated since the detection of the starting of use, as the amount of continuous use. The fluid measuring apparatus is provided with a determining means 61a3 for determining whether the integrated amount of continuous use has reached the amount of use as determined continuous which is stored in the means 62b for storing the amount of use as determined to be continuous and a computing means 61a4 for starting the count of the flow quantity through the use of the continuous use counter 62a in response to the determination that it has reached the amount of use as determined to be continuous of the determining means 61a3.
