PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizer for a bidet, which easily permeates into the cells of noxious bacteria contained in water so that safe and innoxious silver and/or gold ions are ionized and can display an excellent sterilizing power. SOLUTION: The sterilizer for the bidet contains a current terminal, in which a rectified current from a bidet body is housed, a current control section maintaining the housed current from the terminal by a current proper for an ionization, an electrode section, in which the ionization is generated by the rectified current by a contact with water, an electrode guide pole, in which one end is brought into contact with the control section and the other end is brought into contact with the electrode section, and a housing in which the electrode section is housed. An ionizer chamber, in which water is introduced, an inflow port and a discharge opening, in and from which water is made to flow in and discharged in the ionizer chamber, the housing containing a clamping blade fixing the ionizer chamber and an ionizing section, to which the electrode section housed in the ionizer chamber is formed and in which ions are dissolved in water, are contained in the sterilizer for the bidet.
