PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for mounting a fireproof plate on the inner surface of a tunnel lining, superior in fireproof performance and aseismatic performance. SOLUTION: This structure for mounting the fireproof plate on the inner surface of the tunnel lining installs and supports the fireproof plate at a prescribed interval on and by the inner surface of a segment, by engaging locking metal fittings 7 arranged at upper and lower sides of the fireproof plate 3 formed in a panel shape with an interval holding metal fitting 5 installed on the inner surface of the tunnel lining segment 1. The interval holding metal fitting 5 has a recessed part 51 opening at least at the fireproof plate side, and inserting pieces 5d and 5e vertically projecting by sandwiching the recessed part. A plurality of fireproof plates 3 are installed on and supported by the segment 1 via the interval holding metal fitting 5 in the tunnel peripheral direction and the axial direction, by inserting and engaging the respective upper and lower inserting pieces into and with the locking metal fittings 7 arranged on lower and upper sides of the fireproof plates. A belt-like flame roll-in preventing material 10 for blocking up a joint of the fireproof plates adjacent in the vertical direction is arranged along a joint position.
