<p>This invention provides aryl and heteroaryl compounds of Formula (I) as described herein, and methods of their preparation. Also provided are pharmaceutical compositions made with the compounds of Formula (I) and methods for making such compositions. Compounds of Formula (I) may be useful for treating viral infections including orthopox viruses, either alone or in combination with other therapeutic agents.</p>
