A novel process to manufacture thermocouples for machines using thermoelectric systems, which is characterized in that it comprises: A) a direct bond of the thermoelectric element to electrodes, by means of B) removing four barriers of electric conductivity by C) the in-situ pouring of a thermoplastic material, without requiring the use of welding. The utilization of the said method D) substantially reduces materials, processes, difficulties, manufacturing times, rejected material and costs, and in a simultaneous manner provides the machine with more efficiency upon substantially reducing the inner resistance of the device that is a determining factor for increasing the performance thereof. The aforementioned process can be used in the thermoelectric industry under the Seebeck and Peltier effect, which allows the device to achieve a high automatization degree that is suitable and required for the mass production to which the said device is intended.
