<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start a selective oxidation reactor in a short time when supplying a fuel cell with a reformed gas using the selective oxidation reactor. <P>SOLUTION: When starting a reformer 7 which generates the reformed fuel gas to be used in a power generation reaction in a fuel cell stack 1 by reforming an original fuel, and the selective oxidation reactor 8 where the reformed fuel gas generated by the reformer 7 is subjected to a selective oxidation reaction, air containing ozone is generated by a secondary plasma generating apparatus 12 and then supplied to the selective oxidation reactor 8. As a result, in the selective oxidation reactor 8, the selective oxidation reaction with the use of ozone occurs to warm up the selective oxidation reactor 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
