<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generation apparatus that can ensure sufficient safety, reduce initial and running costs, and efficiently and stably generate electric power. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell power generation apparatus has a fuel cell 1 for generating electric power by a fuel gas and an oxidizer gas; and fuel treating equipment 2 for generating the fuel gas by subjecting a generation feed gas to steam reforming. When the fuel cell power generation apparatus is stopped, a sealing valve 14 is opened and a channel switching means 15 is changed, thus successively purging the fuel treating equipment 2, piping 11, the fuel cell 1, and piping 13 by vapor and humidified air. After that, the sealing valve 14 is closed and the channel switching means is changed, the fuel cell 1 is bypassed, and the fuel treating equipment 2, the piping 11, bypass piping 16, and the piping 13 are purged by non-humidified air. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
