<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying device uniformly drying in a short time remaining cut noodles put in a container. <P>SOLUTION: This drying device has the container (40) to put remaining cut noodles into having an opened top surface, a circumference composed of wall surfaces and a bottom on which a plurality of transparent holes or slits are formed. A cylindrical body (43) is set upright in the container, and a blowing port (44) of air is formed on the bottom of the container, connecting to the cylindrical body.
