<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active matrix substrate and an indicating device equipped with the same, capable of improving a numerical aperture without accompanying the deterioration of an indicating grade. <P>SOLUTION: The active matrix substrate is equipped with a substrate 1, a thin film transistor and a capacity element 15 which are provided on the main surface of the substrate 1, and a scanning wiring 2 for supplying a scanning signal to the thin film transistor. The thin film transistor comprises a semiconductor layer 4 including a channel region 4c, and a gate electrode 6 provided on the semiconductor layer 4. The capacity element 15 is positioned at the opposite side of the substrate 1 with respect to the thin film transistor, and the scanning wiring 2 is formed on a conductive layer different from the gate electrode 6 and is positioned at the side of the substrate 1 than the semiconductor layer 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
