<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently ventilate the inside of a cabin, and to effectively reduce VOC and temperature within the cabin. <P>SOLUTION: This system is provided with at least two communicating parts capable of communicating the inside of the cabin with the outside of the cabin, opening means for substantially simultaneously opening each of the communicating parts, and a fan device for ventilation arranged in the vicinity of at least the one opening means. In the system, the two communicating parts are constituted of an intake passage A provided on a rear part of the cabin and an exhaust passage B provided in front of the cabin. The fan device is constituted of the intake passage A opened in front of the cabin and the exhaust passage B opened in the rear part of the cabin, even if the fan device is constituted of a blower unit of a HVAC4 provided in front of the vehicle. The fan device may be provided on the exhaust passage B or in the vicinity.
