ROADBED MATERIAL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roadbed material and its manufacturing method for effectively using powdery slag at low processing cost.

SOLUTION: This roadbed material 1 is arranged in a thickness of about 50 mm between road surface pavement 2 such as a parking garage and a road and the surface of soil 3. Asphalt and concrete are used as a material of the road surface pavement 2. The roadbed material 1 occupies 95 wt.% or more in a rate of a particle size of 450μm or less, and is formed by mixing the powdery slag 4 including a calcium content by 35 wt.% or more, and massive slag 5 having the maximum particle size of 40 mm or less. A mixing rate of the powdery slag 4 to the roadbed material 1 is set in a range of 25 wt.% to 70 wt.%.
